David and Adam are hard working, knowledgeable, and conscientious! They were very professional, on time, and they did a stellar job installing our backsplash in the kitchen. We had to switch dates twice and they changed the install days with no hassles. Extremely reasonable prices, excellent communication skills, and the tile was cut to perfection. I love how they made the grout thin as requested and that they took pride in their work. The kitchen was immaculate when they left! They even notched out areas in the tile so we can hang a shelf. P&L did my bathroom floor and entire shower. They exceeded every expectation I could possibly have. They were as communicative and nice as they were efficient and high quality. This is my second time using P & L Tile. In 2021, they installed our kitchen tile backsplash!! I was shocked by how clean they left the kitchen. Every cut is perfect! David and Adam are amazing to work with and really go the extra mile for their customers. They are both polite and respectful. They removed carpet/tile and installed vinyl plank flooring this time around. This work would have taken us two to three weeks to do on our own. Hiring out to remove the tile was a great decision. Two days is all it took for them to work their magic! They are more affordable than other quotes received. We are beyond satisfied with their work and attention to detail. We were getting a shower door installed and wanted to have the grout sealed before the door was installed. Adam and David were very accommodating and squeezed us into their schedule. They were very thorough, sealing all surfaces, including the shelves. They were both pleasant and careful not to get sealant on our floors. And most of all, they were reasonably priced. Adam is simply the best and was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. We will be forever clients and now forever friends after meeting and working with Adam. Adam was punctual in initially meeting with us to discuss regrouting our shower, and came up with a plan that worked for our timeline and schedule. He carefully matched grout colors and met with us after hours to ensure that everything was ready to begin the job. He was meticulous in our home, and took great care covering our bathroom and floors and preventing dust from the grout removal. He alway made himself available via text for any questions we had. We recently had Adam tile our bathroom floor a shower for us. His craftsmanship was excellent! Adam’s design was creative, and his attention to detail and creative design yielded a superior result. He was meticulous in ensuring the tiles were properly aligned and level. He always, without fail, worked with our busy schedule to ensure he was on time and flexible to our needs. The project was completed on time and the result was fantastic! Two things that also stood out to demonstrate Adam’s consideration of our house (and new kitchen) was that he laid a towel on the bottom of our new sink before filling his pail with water for the grout and when he finished each and every day, he picked up his tools and materials and left our home as it was before he arrived. One other thing I’d like to mention is that he gave us the opportunity to order a drain cover design from a catalogue. We chose one and when Adam learned it was out of stock and we told him it away ok and we’d pick another drain cover design - Adam went to Amazon, found one there and purchased it. We told Adam he was very kind and didn’t have to do this, and he said he did it because he ‘wanted us to have the perfect shower that we hired him to do for us’. Adam - you did it! My husband and I would highly recommend P & L Tile for your tiling needs. We recently had issues with the grout on our shower floor, so had them remove the old grout and re-do it with new. At the same time, we had the grout in the entire shower and bathroom floor sealed, as well as the floor in our guest bathroom. Adam did a fabulous job! He was so efficient and good at what he did, cared about attention to detail, and ensured our home was spotless when he left. It’s rare these days to find a company that does both a great job and is very reasonably priced. The shower floor looks wonderful, and in addition to doing a great job, Adam was such a nice guy and a pleasure to have had working in our home. To sum it up, very professional & nice, on time, did a fabulous job, extremely reasonable price, and our home was immaculate when he left! It’s rare these days to find two guys so committed to doing a first class job at fair price. They did an excellent job on our kitchen backsplash and patched gaps in the original tile floor. P&L Tiling came over promptly to give us an estimate for tiling a backsplash and floor. Their estimate was very reasonable and they exuded a lot of confidence in their knowledge and skill. They did an excellent job and when finished, we were extremely happy with the outcome. Very reliable and easy to work with. Great personalities. We would definitely call on them to tile again.
